- The best and most spacious of all our 1 bedroom apartments and one of
the finest in England .
The
huge kitchen has quality modern appliances and is right up to date with
dishwasher and breakfast bar. The lounge is stunning with fireplace ,
elegant mahogany dining table and writing desk.
The bathroom rather unusually
has a delightful Victorian cast iron fire place with black ceramic hearth, such
is the level of decor and features in this splendid and most comfortable
one bedroomed home.

own little courtyard garden.
The
apartment has period furniture with Edwardian wardrobe and dressing table
and matching bedside cabinets in mahogany with a delightful late 19th
century Victorian fireplace with elegant Minton tiled hearth.
As
well as a small library of books the bedroom also has a flat screen TV -
perfect for an early night.

What
a fantastic lounge !
This apartment is fabulous throughout but the lounge
is quite exceptional. Around 25 feet long with high ceilings and an 8 arm
brass chandelier and a French Louise XIV style mirror above an imposing
marble fireplace. It's a superb setting for entertaining and an
equally suitable backdrop to read, watch TV or just relax.
The lounge has DVD player, VCR and
widescreen TV and there is a large library of books and films. The
apartment comes complete with a writing desk and has a dining table with 4
chairs.

all guests and for walkers and cyclists there is a drying room with maps and
guide books.

Northern Lincolnshire on business as well as holidays.
The dining
table in the lounge is suitable for four and is therefore ideal
for a planning meeting.
