Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions state that smoking is not permitted in the apartments or communal parts of the building. Smoking is permitted on the sun terrace.
Lit Candles are not allowed anywhere within the building.
All Seasons Apartments do not allow pets, excepting guide dogs.
Please be aware that the hirer of an apartment is legally responsible for any breakage or damage
All Seasons Apartments and the proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property or vehicles however caused or sustained.
All Seasons Apartments do reserve the right to insist on immediate withdrawal without reimbursement of anyone or any party not complying with the conditions, damaging the property, causing a nuisance to the other guests or exceeding the number of guests per apartment as stated in the brochure or booking form.
If the hirer wishes to extend beyond the initial period booked, a verbal agreement for the rental extension will be acceptable with a continuance of the terms of the original booking.
All Seasons Apartments are holiday lets and cannot be regarded as a main or permanent residence.
Should All Seasons Apartments have to cancel your holiday our liability is limited to a full refund only.
Minimum stay: – 1 night
Parking – Non Commercial Vehicles only – access to off road car park is only suitable for vehicles under 8ft high, guests arriving in lorries/motor homes over 8ft high have to use the public car park nearby or park for free overnight on Eastgate at the front of the house.
1 Bedroom apartments have 1 parking space each, Kidgate 2 bedroom apartment has 2 car parking spaces.
Guests arriving with more cars than stated above may have to park additional cars off the premises.
Deposit – Each week or part week requires a deposit of £100 to hold the booking, with the balance of the booking payable six weeks before arrival.
Guest Bed – We can supply a guest bed in Westgate apartment for an additional cost of £30 including linen
Twin Beds – Super king bedrooms can be made up as twin singles at the additional cost of £20 including linen.
