4 star two bedroom apartment on the first floor which is ideal for 2 couples, businesses or a family and can sleep up to 4. Bedrooms in this apartment are a double (with ensuite shower) and twin with adjoining bathroom. 

The kitchen has quality modern appliances with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer and kitchen table and chairs. The lounge has DVD player, VCR and widescreen TV and a library of books and games.

Bedrooms

Kidgates double ensuite bedroom has Dorma bedding and period furniture with an Edwardian wardrobe and matching bedside cabinets and dressing table. There is a delightful restored Georgian Hob grate fireplace and huge 12 pane Georgian window towards the Louth manor house.

The Twin bedroom faces south with views across the garden and can either have Dorma bedding for adults or more appropriate bedding for children to make them feel more at home. The flat screen TV is invariably useful for anyone wanting an early night or children with playstations etc. and has the main bathroom next door.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom with bath, sink and WC is next to the twin bedroom. The ensuite belongs to the double bedroom and has a basin, WC and large 900mm shower with glass screen complete with a power shower Victorian drench rose.  Bathrooms have heating, and bathroom cabinets with shaver sockets. Towels and linen are included in the price complete with bubble bath and soap.

The lounge has DVD player, VCR and widescreen TV and there is a library of books and films.  There is a sofa and armchair with coffee table and views down the main street of Eastgate and across to the Louth manor house. The fireplace is Victorian with gilt mirror on the mantle and coal effect adjustable modern gas fire

Guests staying in Kidgate apartment can use the adjacent  south facing sun terrace downstairs and garden when the weather is fine to sit outside and relax.  There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer available for all guests and for walkers and cyclists there is a drying room with maps and guide books. All apartments are situated on Eastgate in Louth and are each named after well known Louth streets.
