CANCELLATION
Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform us by telephone immediately. In the
event of cancellation the hirer will be responsible for the balance of payment, the booking is
non-transferable and we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance. Should we have
to cancel your holiday our liability is limited to a full refund only
A deposit of £90 per apartment (£180 for Chequergate) per week or short break will secure your booking and the
balance is payable no later than six weeks before the beginning of your stay.
PARKING
Non commercial Vehicles only - access to secure off road car park is only suitable for vehicles under 8ft high, guests arriving in lorries or motor homes over 8ft high will have to use the public car park
nearby or park for free overnight on Eastgate at the front of the house.
Parking Allocations - 1 Bedroom
apartments have 1 parking space each, Chequergate Townhouse has 2 parking spaces
and Kidgate has 1 space + an additional overflow space.
Guests arriving with cars that
exceed the allocations stated above will have to park additional cars off
the premises .
GUEST BED—We can supply a guest bed in Upgate
apartment at an additional cost of £30, this is suitable for 1 adult or 1
child. The guest bed is adequate for short stays and is ideal for a family on a
budget and can be folded away when not in use.
MINIMUM STAY
Apartments can be let from just 2 nights .
PETS AND SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Sorry, but with the exception of guide dogs we cannot accept pets.
THE SMALL PRINT
Please be aware that the hirer of an apartment is legally responsible for any breakage's or damage
and will be charged should they leave the apartment excessively dirty or damage
anything.
The proprietor shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property or vehicles however caused or sustained.
All Seasons reserve the right to insist on immediate withdrawal of anyone or any party not complying with the
conditions , damaging the property, causing a nuisance to the other guests or exceeding the number of guests per apartment as stated in the brochure or booking form.
If the hirer wishes to extend beyond the period booked a verbal agreement will be acceptable and agreement to these terms on the initial booking form will remain extant.
All Seasons are holiday lets and cannot be regarded as a main or permanent residence.
