Short break prices are for the apartment for 4 day mid week breaks commencing Monday and 3 day weekends commencing Friday. Weekly lets are either Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
Christmas and New Year are priced for weekly lets only.
Upgate is suitable for 2 people but with the guest bed it is suitable for an
additional small adult or 1 child. Price for the Guest bed is an extra £30, please put this on the booking form.
*Sorry we cannot
offer 2 night stays during High Season in July or August or commencing on a
Saturday or Sunday.

Our apartments are 4 and 5 star and therefore offer very good value for
money compared to any similar quality hotel or cottage. "All
Seasons" provides quality hotel accommodation with the benefits and
facilities of a five star Lincolnshire cottage - The perfect combination. The
property and the apartments have been extensively restored to provide modern
facilities within a typical English Heritage market town after a 2 year restoration
project.
Although the property is over 200 years old and dates back to 18th century
the facilities and décor are all new affording our guests 21st century
luxury.
