Introduction

At “All Seasons” we are committed to providing maximum accessibility for all our guests. 

Our most suitable apartment for anyone with walking difficulties is "Westgate Apartment", a ground floor apartment which has completely level access from the front door to the lobby, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and the twin bedroom. There is also a ground floor apartment which is called Ramsgate which is also suitable but has a narrow bathroom.

Guests

Above - Valerie and Alfred have been coming to stay with us ever since we started 4 years ago, they stay in Westgate Apartment mostly although they have stayed in Ramsgate . Alfred is a double amputee and has false legs, he gets about the town on his electric scooter which he initially hired from People First but has now bought his own. 

Both Valerie and Alfred particularly enjoy the freedom that staying at All Seasons can give them and love to be just minutes from the shops and always try to take in a show at the Playgoers theatre which is nearby. They also love Westgate apartment and the fabulous lounge and enjoy watching people from the window and the beautiful view of the Louth Manor House opposite.

Parking

We have excellent level parking with tarmac surface and your car is parked just 10 metres from Westgate apartments door. There are three wide steps with a handrail down from the car park to the patio and then one step up into Westgate apartment with a rail.

Laundry

All bed linen is supplied and beds are made up for you with towels provided, if you are staying more than a week we will provide and change your bed linen and give you fresh towels every week. We have a laundry on the ground floor near the apartment but it does have a large step to it, if you can't get to it just let us know and we'll do it for you.

Kitchen

So much space you will love it, we have a breakfast bar which wheelchairs can go under or there is a dining table as well in the lounge. All kitchen appliances are at waist height and are accessible and the supermarket is just 1 minute away and has level access for all your shopping needs.

Equipment Hire and Mobility Scooters

Guests are able to hire equipment for mobility and also mobility scooters from "People First" mobility shop which is next door. Scooters can be left on charge overnight adjacent to your car and we will be able to assist with picking up and return and also charging the scooter.

Hearing and Visual

We welcome your comments for any improvements to help make your holiday better and will consider any requests to  get in specialist equipment. We have audio equipment with cassette and CD players and our TVs all have teletext including the TV in the bedroom of Westgate. 

Although we do not accept pets we welcome guide dogs in our ground floor apartments.

Easy Steps to enjoying a great holiday or short break at All Seasons

First - Have a good look at our website and decide on a ground floor apartment, Westgate is the most suitable with twin beds or Ramsgate is the second best with a double bedroom

Next - Check Availability online and book online

Arrive - Beep your horn and we will open the electric gates for you, you'll get a remote control and will find coming and going a breeze.

Park your car and you've these 3 wide steps to go down to the courtyard.

There's a small step up at the front door of Westgate with a handrail on the left to help you.

Inside Westgate are handrails around the bath and the entire apartment has lots of space and no steps throughout.

You can soon be watching TV or reading a book or just listening to the radio in this wonderful room of Westgate (Ramsgate has a an equally similar lounge) 

The rooms are cool in the summer and in winetr Westgate has an easy to operate gas fire with slide control levers at waist height.
